Join us for a calming and insightful introduction to Vedic Meditation, led by certified teacher Jason Gember. Jason’s path to meditation began through his own experience with stress and anxiety - feeling disconnected from the present moment and the joy it can hold. After discovering the profound impact of Vedic Meditation, he felt called to share this practice with others. This journey took him to Rishikesh, India, where he trained at the base of the Himalayas to become a teacher.

In this session, you’ll be introduced to Vedic Meditation - a simple, natural technique designed to quiet the mind, release stress, and support deep rest in the body. This practice doesn’t require effort or concentration, making it accessible for anyone, regardless of experience.

Together, we’ll explore how meditation can support your nervous system, enhance overall well-being, and create more ease and presence in your daily life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, curious about meditation, or simply looking for a moment to slow down, this is a space to learn, connect, and reset.
