Our Pregnancy & Birth Prep Program:

You deserve to feel supported, informed, and confident as you prepare for birth and parenthood. Our goal is to help you move through pregnancy with clarity and trust in your body.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or you’ve been through it before, we’re here to guide you through each stage. Pregnancy is a time of constant change, and your care should evolve alongside it. That’s why we create a flexible, personalized plan that adapts as your body and baby grow.

Think of us as part of your pregnancy support team — helping you stay comfortable, strong, and prepared while providing guidance and expertise whenever questions arise.

As your baby grows, the space within your pelvis continuously adapts to support them. From early pregnancy through delivery, your pelvic floor and surrounding tissues go through significant changes.

Our role is to help you understand what’s happening in your body and prepare for the birth experience ahead.

During pregnancy sessions, we guide you through effective pushing strategies for vaginal delivery, perineal massage techniques, birth positions that support pelvic floor relaxation, and important C-section considerations—so you can approach delivery feeling prepared and confident.

We incorporate hands-on bodywork to help your body stay comfortable and balanced as it changes, easing tension and supporting your body as it prepares for birth.
