Join us for this hands-on Infant/Child CPR, Choking & Basic First Aid class designed for parents, grandparents, caregivers, babysitters, and anyone who cares for little ones. Led by experienced registered nurse and American Heart Association instructor Amber Spaniol, this class will provide practical, life-saving skills to help you respond confidently until emergency medical services arrive.
During this course, you'll learn:
Infant and child CPR
How to respond if an infant or child is choking
Childhood injury prevention strategies
Basic first aid for common emergencies, including allergic reactions (EpiPen use), seizures, shock, bleeding, burns, poisoning, and injuries
Amber Spaniol has been a registered nurse and certified American Heart Association instructor since 2006, bringing years of experience and practical education to families throughout the Twin Cities.

Registration
Standard Registration: $100 (includes one support person)
Blooma Member Registration: $85 (includes one support person)
One registration covers attendance for two adults.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 8 or more days before the class will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 0–7 days of the class are non-refundable; however, your registration may be transferred to a future offering of the same class, if available.
We kindly ask that if your plans change, you cancel as early as possible to allow another family the opportunity to attend.
