This event is for to health and wellness professionals and providers who work in the women's health and wellness space (i.e. doulas, physicians, fitness pros, wellness-focused pros, physical and occupational therapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, midwives, massage therapists, lactation consultants, etc)
Join the Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness Physical Therapy Team for an evening of connection, networking, community, and giving back during the holiday season!
This holiday season, we're bringing together local women's health and wellness professionals to help address period poverty by assembling period care kits for women and girls in our community. We will be supporting the organizationPeriod Kits MN, who will then distribute each care kit we pack to those in need.
Enjoy delicious appetizers, festive beverages, holiday music, and meaningful conversations while packing kits that will be donated to local organizations supporting individuals experiencing period poverty. It's a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new providers, celebrate the season of giving, and make a tangible impact together.

🎁 Your "Ticket" to Attend
To help cover the cost of appetizers, beverages, and event supplies, there is a $10 registration fee. Any registration fees remaining after event expenses will be donated to Period Kits MN to further support their mission of providing period care products to women and girls in our community.
Required:
1 package of menstrual pads
1 package of tampons
Optional (but appreciated!):
1 small travel-size pack of personal wipes (such as these small packs of Flushable wipes)
These items will be used to assemble period care kits that will be distributed to women and girls in our local community - we are hoping to assemble as many as possible, so the more items you bring, the more we can give! We will provide bags that the care kits will be assembled in.

Who Should Attend?
This event is designed for providers and professionals who are passionate about supporting women and families, including physical therapists, physicians, midwives, doulas, chiropractors, mental health therapists, lactation consultants, dietitians, fitness professionals, yoga and Pilates instructors, massage therapists, naturopathic and functional medicine providers, and professionals serving the women's health and wellness community.
