What We’ll Do Together
🤱 Mom Movement (led by Dr. Hannah Strom)
A gentle, strength-building mat class designed for the realities of early motherhood. You’ll learn:
Core and pelvic floor–smart movement
Posture resets to ease neck, back, and hip tension
Functional strength you can use at home (even while holding your baby!)
Ways to move with your baby that feel good for both of you
This class is baby-inclusive — feed, soothe, rock, bounce, or snuggle as needed.
👶 Baby Motor Skills & Comfort (led by Pediatric PT, Anne Voss)
Support your baby’s development without adding “one more thing.” Anne will teach:
Tummy time techniques that actually work
Positioning ideas to support rolling, head control, and early motor skills
How to help your baby feel comfortable during play and movement
Simple things you can do during your everyday routine to promote healthy development
You’ll get practical, confidence-building ideas that fit naturally into your normal day.
